Hey~! my name's charm. i'm an 18-year-old college student from the philippines. i've loved anime since i was a kid, but i've mellowed down these past few years. i'm not really good at making wallpapers heck, i don't even know what "vector" is, but i stumbled on this site one day and was amazed by a LOT of the showcased wallpapers.
hopefully i'd learn the tricks of the trade in wallpaper-making and contribute to this site one of these days. :D
